Job Responsibilities:

 

- Develop and organize monthly, quarterly, and annual work plans for the relevant department in alignment with the engineering project plan to achieve strategic goals of the organization.

- Design small and large projects for thermal power generation equipment (gas, diesel, coal) and be capable of preparing complete technical specifications for structural, mechanical, and electrical components of thermal power generation projects.

- Provide complementary services for small and large thermal power generation projects (social, hydrological, and technical).

- Supervise and manage relevant projects.

- Organize and coordinate data and figures for presentation and design purposes from relevant sources.

- Plan and design projects in accordance with national and international standards.

- Participate in thermal power generation project surveys and gather relevant data.

- Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for the department to achieve objectives.

- Perform other duties as directed by competent authorities in accordance with the laws, regulations, and objectives of the company.

 

Job Requirements:

 

- Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields: Electrical Engineering for Thermal Power Equipment (gas, diesel, coal) or Mechanical Engineering.

- Three years of relevant work experience in the position.

- Proficiency in official languages (Pashto or Dari) and familiarity (reading and speaking) with English.

- Computer skills in relevant software programs.
