Job Summary:

In the role of project field-level personnel, their duties encompass a range of responsibilities. These include traveling to designated districts to collect and validate data from beneficiaries. Their primary focus is on ensuring accurate data entry into the project database. Using the FSAC vulnerability criteria, they will identify eligible beneficiaries for assistance. Furthermore, they will oversee the distribution of food to the vulnerable recipients within the target districts. Prior to the distribution, they will prepare comprehensive distribution lists and plans to ensure an organized and efficient process. This entails informing individuals about distribution sites, schedules, orchestrating queues, managing crowds, and overseeing the entire distribution operation. They will also generate detailed distribution reports to document the process and outcomes. Collaborating closely with project district coordinators, they will contribute to drafting the final project report, consolidating the project's achievements and lessons learned. The unit quantity for this role is four field assessors.

 

Job Requirements:

- Possession of a Bachelor's degree or a similar diploma from an institution in Afghanistan.

- A minimum of 2 years of practical experience in field operations within a relevant field.

- Demonstrated proficiency in communication and leadership.

- Fluency in English, Pashto, and Dari, with exceptional speaking and writing skills.

- Proficiency in computer skills, encompassing word processing, spreadsheet design, and presentations.
