Job Summary:
The organization is seeking to hire four District Coordinators, with each one assigned to oversee project activities in specific districts: Dara-yousaf-1, Dara-yousaf-2, Khuram Sarbagh, and Hazrat-Sultan. These coordinators will assume a crucial role in the implementation of planned district-level activities. Their duties involve preparing progress reports, offering support to the Project Manager, establishing effective coordination with local authorities, communities, and project beneficiaries. They will also be responsible for gathering field data, inputting it into the project database, and arranging meetings with key project personnel. The required number of District Coordinators is four, matching the number of targeted project districts (Dara-yousaf-1, Dara-yousaf-2, Khuram Sarbagh, and Hazrat-Sultan).
Job Requirements:
- Possession of a Bachelor's degree or a similar diploma from an institution in Afghanistan.
- A minimum of 2 years of practical experience in field operations within a relevant field.
- Demonstrated proficiency in communication and leadership.
- Fluency in English, Pashto, and Dari, with outstanding speaking and writing skills.
- Competence in computer skills, including word processing, spreadsheet design, and presentations.
