Specialized Tasks:

1. Preparing and organizing monthly, quarterly, and annual work plans for the relevant department in accordance with the overall departmental plan to achieve set objectives.

2. Translating technical documents, contracts, letters, and proposals sent by the relevant department.

3. Directly translating speeches given during necessary meetings and presentations.

4. Translating all incoming documents to the department from English to the native language or vice versa.

5. Organizing translated documents in relevant files and promptly delivering them to the respective branches.

6. Establishing a filing system in the office, both in hard and soft copies, and maintaining and safeguarding office documents and computer files.

7. Arranging and presenting quarterly, monthly, and annual reports on the department's performance and achievements to the relevant section.

8. Performing other duties assigned by competent authorities in accordance with the provisions of laws, regulations, and the department's goals.

 

Employment Conditions (Educational Level and Work Experience):

This job description has been prepared in accordance with Articles 7, 8, and 34 of the Civil Service Law, considering the following conditions and criteria:

Educational Qualifications: Holding a diploma in English language and at least a bachelor's degree in fields such as law, jurisprudence, religious sciences, economics, financial and administrative management, commerce management, general administration, public policy, computer science, and accounting from national and international institutions inside or outside the country.

Work Experience: Having a minimum of two years of relevant work experience.

Required Skills: Proficiency in one of the official languages (Pashto or Dari) and complete mastery of written, interpretative, and spoken English translation skills. Proficiency in relevant computer programs, familiarity with laws, regulations, and procedures, especially related to financial and economic affairs of the country.
