Participating in the formulation of policies, directives, procedures, and checklists pertaining to the licensing of food establishments during the coordination of their registration, inspection, and licensing processes.
Overseeing all phases of the licensing procedure, which involves managing applicants' commitments, issuance of licenses, and addressing other matters related to legal regulations.
Supervising and managing the licensing system and processes for pharmaceutical facilities, health products, and authorized activities conducted within these facilities.
Developing and structuring regulatory documents, policies, and strategies in the realm of licensing to enhance the quality, effectiveness, safety, and affordability of spices and health products.
Coordinating and organizing visits to manufacturing facilities producing food materials to streamline associated tasks.
Qualifications required for this role, including educational background and work experience, are outlined as minimum prerequisites in Articles (7), (8), and (34) of the Civil Service Employees Law.
Educational Field: A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or in relevant fields such as Food Technology and Agriculture (Food Technology) is preferred for candidates with higher academic qualifications. Furthermore, candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy and three years of related work experience are also eligible.
Work Experience: Candidates should have a minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience for this position.
Essential Skills: Proficiency in the country's official languages (Dari and Pashto), a working knowledge of English, and competency in using computer applications related to the job and in managerial skills.
