Details

- Participation in the development of guidelines, procedures, and inspection checklists for food establishments.

- Inspecting food facilities to ensure compliance with food safety laws, regulations, guidelines, and checklists.

- Collecting samples from customs and sending them to the food and spice quality control laboratory to ensure the quality of food materials.

- Inspecting the operations of food material establishments regarding compliance with food safety principles, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Hygiene Practices (GHP), and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) principles.

- Collecting non-compliant, substandard, expired, unauthorized, illegal, and recalled food products.

- Obtaining samples of spices and suspicious products from supplying companies and sending them to the laboratory for quality confirmation.

- Managing the disposal of expired, non-standard, and unauthorized food products in accordance with regulatory documents.

- Keeping records and lists up-to-date for easy and timely access to the database of supplying companies, manufacturing factories, and other food establishments.

- Participating in the development of training programs to enhance the capacity and awareness of pharmaceutical facilities.

- Ensuring the sound management, recruitment, motivation, encouragement, training, and development of employees for better compliance with established standards.

- Managing and supervising the system and procedures of licensing activities for pharmaceutical facilities, health products, and authorized activities conducted within these facilities.

 

Requirement

- Employment conditions (educational level and work experience): The minimum requirements for this position are specified in Articles (7), (8), and (34) of the Civil Service Employees Law.

- Educational field: Applicants with a minimum Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or in one of the fields of Food Technology and Agriculture (Food Technology) for candidates with higher education degrees. Additionally, candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy and three years of relevant work experience are eligible.

- Work experience: Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience for this position.

- Required skills: Proficiency in the official languages of the country (Dari and Pashto), familiarity with English, and computer skills in job-related programs and managerial skills.
