1. Supervising and ensuring the collection of food, spice, and water samples in compliance with applicable procedures.
2. Guaranteeing the proper execution of laboratory tests on food, spice, and water samples, following laboratory protocols.
3. Ensuring the accuracy of certificates of analysis for food, spice, and water, and determining sample analysis fees while adhering to fee collection procedures.
4. Providing technical support to relevant departments for the quality control of food, spice, and water, including guidance and training to enhance operational efficiency.
5. Daily monitoring of team activities to ensure alignment with established plans and objectives.
6. Advising and guiding the procurement of necessary laboratory equipment and reagents in accordance with laboratory reference standards.
7. Formulating policies, procedural guidelines, and technical directives for laboratory operations.
8. Planning and supervising educational programs related to the quality control of food, spice, and water.
9. Ensuring compliance with proper storage, maintenance, and care procedures for laboratory equipment and supplies.
10. Timely calibration of laboratory equipment.
11. Validating the results of food and water analysis work submitted by relevant departmental management to the General Food and Beverage Quality Control Management, ensuring accurate reporting in line with internationally accepted scientific standards.
Employment Conditions (Educational Level and Work Experience):
The minimum prerequisites for this position are outlined in Articles (7), (8), and (34) of the Civil Service Employees Law.
Educational Background: Preference will be given to candidates with a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or in one of the fields of Food Technology and Agriculture (Food Technology), with higher academic degrees being prioritized.
Work Experience: Candidates must possess a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience for this role.
Required Skills: Proficiency in the official languages of the country (Dari and Pashto), familiarity with English, computer proficiency in job-related software, and managerial capabilities.
